Freeclimbing and climbing in the center of Canazei in Val di Fassa
On the road leading to Passo Sella in “Pian de Schiavaneis” locality, not far from Chalet Monti Pallidi you will find the famous rock for free climbing training: it is a marvellous sheer cliff, an obliged stop for free-climbers who love Val di Fassa.
The area around the cliff is also a tourist attraction for those who would like to have a close “meeting” with marmots. Their dens are scattered just nearby, just at the feet of a water fall surrounded by woods in the Pordoi area. Our hotel is, in this sense, the perfect stop for those who would like to take part to these marvellous picky sceneries among the rocks of our beloved Dolomites from the “Via Maria” (Pordoi area) to the “Via Micheluzzi” and “Via Italia 61” (Ciavazes area) and many others.
